Who Can Apply

Home & Healing serves individuals in the Phoenix metropolitan area who meet the following criteria:

Currently experiencing homelessness, housing insecurity, or financial hardship
In recovery from substance use disorder, managing a mental health condition, or both
Seeking placement in a safe, structured sober living environment
Committed to maintaining sobriety and working toward stability

What to Expect

1Submit your application below. The more detail you provide, the better we can understand your situation.
2Initial review. Our team reviews your application to confirm eligibility and identify available housing options.
3Conversation & intake. A team member will reach out to discuss your needs, recovery goals, and next steps.
4Housing placement. If approved, we work to connect you with a safe, structured sober living home and provide financial assistance toward your stay.
